Allen Youngblood is an experienced composer and musician. He has multiple co-operations with a lot of renowned Jazz Masters. A few of his numerous performance in concerts include the American Public Radio Jazz Festival Broadcasts, the Hong Kong International Arts Festival, Town Hall Concert Series (RTHK Radio Hong Kong), etc.
Apart from his frequent performance on stage, Bloodliness, Midnight Odyssey and Selah are the three albums released by Youngblood since 1995.
Youngblood’s professionalism is well-recognised. He has been awarded as the Jazz Composer Fellowship of North Carolina Arts Council in 1990 and .the Individual Artist Fellowship from Seattle Arts Commission in 1987.
